ID Clutch

ID shaft is a brand new pneumatic winding shaft, with which user can change slitting wide and position freely by adjusting location of adapters in the shaft.
ID shaft is an also multi channel driven shaft, which has respective air in-out channel for each adapter. It allows users to not only control clamping(grip) and torque intensity separately, but also give each adapter unique torque. That's why users can control torque and tension with huge flexibility and accuracy.

UV friction shaft

The UV Friction Shaft is an upgraded version of the friction shaft that compensates the shortcomings of the other friction Shaft.

Since the lug rises inside the friction core, it clamps the bobbin stably without the disadvantage of the lug coming off or shaking.

​Above all, by applying a separate torque adapter, clamping pressure and torque can be dualized like a dual channel shaft with one air pressure.

​​Strong clamping + low torque, possible with UV friction shaft.

Torque per friction core can be set from 0.5N to 50N just by replacing the torque adapter(replaceable toque box).
