Scrap winder reel
A device that winds the webs that need to be scrapped in the slitting process.
Instead of on cylindrical core, scraps are wrapped on the three axes.
When the winding is completed, the three axes are contracted to the center and the webs can be easily pulled out.
Stopper
This product is a stopper with a built-in sensor.
When the stacker or robot arm approaches and pushes
the tapered cone, the lug of the stopper is automatically lowered so that the bobbin or fabric can pass over the stopper.
Conversely, when separated from the tapered cone,
the lug rises to show the function of preventing
the bobbin or fabric from passing the stopper.
